Our program offices are open from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Administrative offices

are open from 9 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. After 5:00 pm on weekdays and on the

weekend, the Family Emergency Shelter program can be reached through the Mayor’s Hotline at 617-635-4500.
