Our Western Massachusetts Office for the Transporation Assistance Program program is located at: 310 State Street Springfield, MA 01105 phone: 413-858-1216 fax: 413-784-1049 The Springfield office is open Monday’s from 1:00pm to 5:00pm, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s 8:30am to 5:00pm.
